Saturday | Elementary School Athletes | Grades 1st — 5th Grade | 9:30am — 10:15am
This session introduces young athletes to the fundamentals of movement in a fun, safe, and encouraging environment. We focus on building coordination, balance, speed, and proper footwork through age-appropriate drills that keep athletes engaged and active.
Each training session helps kids develop body control, confidence, and athletic awareness — the building blocks they’ll use in every sport as they grow. Our approach emphasizes positive reinforcement, movement quality, and learning through fun challenges. Athletes leave each session feeling stronger, faster, and proud of their progress.
Saturday | High School Athletes | 11:45am — 12:45pm
This session is designed for competitive athletes who are ready to elevate their performance.
We train at a higher intensity, focusing on acceleration mechanics, change-of-direction speed, explosive footwork, strength endurance, and movement efficiency.
Every athlete will be challenged to refine technique, push conditioning, and develop the mental edge required to compete at the next level.
